With a toddler in the house, you learn quickly how necessary and good for the soul play is. We make it a point to get outside everyday & to work play into our daily routine as much as possible.
Sebastian can't yet hoop, but he enjoys carrying them around & chucking them across the lawn.
Mama likes to get down in the grass for some good old fashioned wrestling, airplane & pony boy.
The sweetest part of play, though, is the rest that comes thereafter.
